Note: At present I am not accepting consulting assignments. I am currently working full-time at the British Broadcasting Corporation in London, UK as an internal content management consultant and architect, learning more about the art and science of content management, appearing at the odd conference and seminar, writing a report or two and contributing to books whenever someone asks me to (okay, okay, it was just the once, but who knows...)
